This is a three-phase oil-immersed power transformer (mainstream models such as S11/S13-M series), one of the most classic and widely used power distribution equipment in power systems. It uses mineral insulating oil as the core medium, which functions as both insulation and cooling. Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, it converts alternating current from the high-voltage side (e.g., 10kV/35kV) to the low-voltage side (e.g., 0.4kV) through iron core coupling, realizing voltage level conversion and efficient power transmission. The insulating oil circulates naturally in the oil tank, conducts the heat generated by the windings and iron core to the radiator, and dissipates it into the air to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment.

The thermal conductivity of insulating oil is far superior to air, with high heat dissipation efficiency. It can withstand long-term heavy load and overload operation, suitable for industrial scenarios with large load and continuous work.
Excellent Insulation Performance, High Reliability
The insulation strength of transformer oil is 4-5 times that of air, which can effectively prevent breakdown faults between windings, and between windings and iron core, with long equipment life and low failure rate.

The fully sealed corrugated oil tank structure eliminates contact between oil and air, avoids oil oxidation and moisture, and eliminates the need for regular oil replacement, greatly reducing operation and maintenance costs.
